Conveniently located in the beautiful Fox River Valley, less than an hour from Chicago, Pheasant Run is easily accessible from both Chicago O’Hare International and Midway airports (See Transportation).
Pheasant Run check-in time is 3pm at the front desk (lobby). Due to the heavy volume on Sundays, early check-in is not available.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to provide a personal credit card when checking into your room. Any additional charges to your room (i.e., upgrades, or amenities other than the single group rate and tax per night provided by the program) will be your responsibility.
If you are driving to the training program, ATPESC staff will need to do a cost comparison (airline flight comparison) after we receive your registration information. You will be reimbursed for mileage/tolls only when a Google map confirming mileage round trip from your home is provided.
From O’Hare International Airport
Take I-90 West to Route 59 South. Exit south on Route 59 and continue to North Avenue (Route 64). Turn right (west) on North Avenue. The Resort is located three miles west of Route 59 on North Avenue (Route 64) on the south side of the street.
From Chicago
Take I-290 West to I-88 West. Continue west on I-88 to Farnsworth (Kirk) North. Exit north on Farnsworth (Kirk Rd.) and continue to North Avenue (Route 64). Turn right (east) on North Avenue and continue approximately one mile. The Resort is located on the south side of the street.
From Chicago Midway
Take Cicero Avenue North to I-55 South. Get on I-55 South and continue to I-355 North. Exit onto I-355 North and continue to I-88 West. Exit onto I-88 West and continue to Farnsworth (Kirk Rd.) North. Exit north on Farnsworth (Kirk Rd.) and continue to North Avenue (Route 64). Turn right (east) on North Avenue and continue approximately one mile. The Resort is located on the south side of the street.
From the South
Take I-294 North to I-88 West. Exit I-88 West at Farnsworth (Kirk Rd.) North and continue to North Avenue (Route 64). Turn right (east) on North Avenue and continue approximately one mile. The Resort is located on the south side of the street.

Metra Train Station – Geneva
The Metra Train station, with service to downtown Chicago, is only two miles south of St. Charles and one hour from the Loop. Trains run regularly throughout weekdays and weekends and are an affordable option. Located on the Union Pacific West line, Chicago (Ogilvie Station) to Elburn.
