Mike Wilkins is a Maria Goeppert Mayer Fellow at Argonne National Laboratory, where he is a member of the Programming Models and Runtime Systems group. He previously completed his B.S. in Computer Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 2019 and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees at Northwestern University in 2021 and 2024. He research interests include optimizations for high-performance computing systems, specifically studying collective communication (MPI) and autotuning. He has authored papers in various selective, peer-reviewed venues such as IEEE Cluster and CGO.
