Ronny Brendel, ORNL

Ronny is a Research Associate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory helping science reach full performance on Titan and the upcoming Summit HPC system.

He performed research on and contributed to advanced software performance analysis tools, e.g. Vampir, Score-P, OTF and VampirTrace, for over 8 years at TU Dresden, where he also earned his Diplom in Computer Science.

Over the years, Ronny worked on all levels of the performance analysis tool stack jointly developed by TU Dresden, Jülich Supercomputing Centre, RWTH Aachen, TU Munich, TU Darmstadt, and the University of Oregon.
