Rudolf Shand Rudy Shand graduated from the University of Reading where he studied Cybernetics and Electronic Engineering. He held various quality engineering positions in Arm for over 10 years, including being Forge’s Quality Lead for 5 years. Rudy’s main interest is in Software quality, Debug tools, Performance tools and Parallel programming.
