Amir Kamil, LBNL / Univ. of Michigan Amir Kamil is a Lecturer in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Michigan. He is also affiliated with the Computer Languages and Systems Software group at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. His research interests include compiler analysis, optimization, and programming models for high-performance computing. He has contributed to the Titanium programming language and has been one of the lead developers of the UPC++ library for high-performance computing in C++. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from UC Berkeley in 2012.
